Hostel Timings
- Entry/Exit Hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Study Hours: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Mandatory quiet time)
- Visitors: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (With prior approval)
- Weekend Policy: Extended hours on weekends

Application Process
Hostel accommodation is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Follow the steps below to secure your spot.
- Send your request for hostel facility, including your Name and Registration Number, via email.
- A challan form will be sent to you in reply by the DSA Office.
- The reply will also contain a Google Form link to upload the paid challan and other required information.
- Submit the 'Department' copy of the challan to the DSA Office (via TCS or in person).
- Send the 'Accounts' copy directly to the Accounts Department as per their procedure.
- Your seat is confirmed only after your uploaded challan is verified.

Timing & Visitor Rules
- Strict adherence to entry/exit timings (6 AM - 10 PM).
- No entry after 10:00 PM without prior permission from the warden.
- Mandatory quiet study hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Visitors are only allowed in designated areas with prior approval.
Conduct & Discipline
- Respect fellow residents, staff, and university property.
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Residents are responsible for the cleanliness of their rooms and common areas.
- Any damage to hostel property will be charged to the responsible resident(s).
