Computer Engineering Success Stories
Celebrating the remarkable achievements of our alumni who have excelled in their careers and made significant contributions to their fields.
Muhammad Bilal Ahmed
I'm Muhammad Bilal Ahmed, a gold medalist of my batch in 2019. I got my first internship at the university open house, where I worked for 5 months as an Electronic Engineer Trainee. After that, I received offers from Huawei Pakistan and PAF Peshawar. I chose Huawei, and now I'm working as a Data Center Engineer.
I'm satisfied with it, Alhamdulillah.
Muhammad Wasilat Ul Asqa
I have been working as a Software Developer at Khayal LLC (USA) for a year now. I started my journey when I was in my last semester in Computer Engineering. Also I have started my own Marketing Company as a startup. And being an engineer made me a multi tasker. Alhamdulillah for everything.
Muhammad Yahya Waqar
My journey began at HITEC University Taxila, where I embarked on a career path that has been nothing short of transformative. Initially drawn to computer hardware and embedded systems, my interests evolved towards networking courses as I progressed in my studies. Guided by mentor Sir Waqas Ahmed, I pursued certification in HCIA-Datacom and later participated in the Huawei ICT Middle East competition, emerging as a national finalist among students from universities across Pakistan.
This recognition from Huawei led to an internship offer during my final semester at university. Following graduation, I spent four months as a Delivery Operation Center engineer before transitioning to the role of an IP Datacom engineer within the company. Embracing the shift from student to professional life, I actively sought out opportunities for growth, earning my HCIA-Security certification along the way. After a year at Huawei, I seized a new opportunity with PureCS (Purehealth group), the largest healthcare group in the United Arab Emirates, where I now serve as an Enterprise Network Engineer, dedicated to ensuring network security and operational efficiency. In my 11 months with PureCS, I take pride in being one of the youngest engineers contributing to the company's future.
I am deeply indebted to the faculty of the Computer Engineering department at HITEC University, especially Sir Waqas and Sir Imran Ashraf, whose unwavering support and mentorship have been instrumental in my journey from academia to professional success.
