<p data-path-to-node="5">The Directorate of Advance Studies and Research (DASR) at HITEC University Taxila is a dedicated academic directorate established to oversee, regulate, and promote postgraduate studies and research activities across all disciplines. It was formally established by the Board of Governors in its 11th meeting held on December 19, 2024, under clause 19(e) Chapter IV of the University Act XII of 2009.</p><p data-path-to-node="6">Operating in line with the provisions of Academic Regulations of HITEC University and Higher Education Commission (HEC) guidelines, the DASR serves as the central coordinating body for all MS and PhD programs offered by the university. It works in close coordination with the Postgraduate Cells (PG-Cells) embedded within academic departments, acting as its extended operational arms.</p><p data-path-to-node="7">The Directorate is committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence, quality research, and innovation, ensuring that HITEC University's graduate programs meet the highest national and international standards.</p>
