A Welfare Fund shall be generated to support low paid employees and meet their needs in case of financial hardships. This fund will be used to meet expenses incurred on personal marriage/marriage of wards of low paid employees, funeral expenses of deceased serving employees, and to support the deceased family. All employees shall voluntarily contribute to the welfare fund as follows:
