The Mechanical Engineering Department (MED) of HITEC University, Taxila Cantt, in collaboration with the HITEC Oasis for Professional Excellence (HOPE), is pleased to invite you to a Invitation to 1-Day Hands on Training workshop on Advanced Computational Analysis Using ANSYS Workbench. This workshop is designed to enhance your knowledge and skills in advanced simulation and analysis techniques widely used in industry and academia. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) plays a critical role in modern engineering and industrial applications by enabling precise simulation of real-world problems i.e. Efficient Design and Development, Failure Prediction and Reliability, and Sustainability and Innovation.

Entrepreneurship:Your Gateway to Financial Freedom

Seminar on “Entrepreneurship:Your Gateway to Financial Freedom” Successfully Organized by ORIC & HOPE Academy

The Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC), in collaboration with HOPE Academy, organized a seminar titled “Entrepreneurship :Your Gateway to Financial Freedom” for final-year students. The session was delivered by Mr. Ali Hasnain Shah, Managing Partner at Xecofy and NUST alumnus, who works with international clients such as AstraZeneca and UK based firms. He shared how he started his entrepreneurial journey from a basic level, grew his business, and guided students on how to identify opportunities, build confidence, and take the first steps toward financial independence. Mr. Shah also met with Prof. Dr. S. Kamran Afaq (Acting Vice Chancellor) and Prof. Dr. Junaid Ali Khan (Dean Engineering & Technology). The seminar was graced by Prof. Dr. Liaqat Ali (Director ORIC) and Dr. Veena Dilshad (Deputy Director HOPE Academy). Director ORIC appreciated the speaker and acknowledged the efforts of the organizing team, including Mr. Talha Saeed (Assistant Director ORIC), Ms. Marium Mumtaz, Ms. Laraib and the student volunteers.

IEEE EMBS, in collaboration with IEEE HITEC Student Branches, successfully organized an insightful Awareness Seminar featuring our former branch chairpersons — Engr. Taha bin Ather (IEEE Main), Engr. Aayrus Ejaz (IEEE EMBS), and Mr. Hassan Sajjad Khan — who shared their valuable experiences and perspectives on the vision, opportunities, and impact of IEEE.
