HITEC University organized a lecture on community service health, which was attended by students from different departments. The lecture aimed to raise awareness about different topics of community health, including mental health. The students were able to learn about stress and how to deal with many other mental health issues. Community service has always been an integral part of the curriculum at HITEC University,and this lecture was a continuation of that tradition. The lecture was part of HITEC University's commitment to the betterment of society, which is reflected in its vision and mission.

The university aims to become a bastion of academic excellence and a citadel of ideological moorings, national integration, and socio-religious values. HITEC University emphasizes the social responsibilities of its students through community service and encourages them to participate in extra curricular activities. The event was part of the university's commitment to promoting public health through education,research, community-based, and patient-centered advocacy. The university's Department of Community Medicine is dedicated to the promotion of public health through classroom teaching as well as field visits. The department teaches the subject from the first year to the fourth year through different modalities.Health education sessions at the community level are organized to enable the students to bond with the community and appreciate the importance of primary care, disease preventive services, and the concept of social accountability.

The lecture series was a great success, and it helped students understand the importance of mental health and how to deal with stress and other mental health issues.
